Feel Your Breath

When your head is full of thoughts, put your fingers on the wrist and feel the pulse. Feel your breath, how the air comes into you, then goes out. It really helps me to shift from disturbing thoughts to awareness and brings me calmness. 
Its called meditation. Now I am more interested in anything that makes my mind clear and calm. I love to listen to the silence, to watch how the tree vibrates, and the leaves’ color is so green and vivid. Not to be afraid to lose something, because I am in everything, I am universe…......
