About Your Host
Sadhak Anshit Ypga Foundation started by Sadhak Anshit. He is a Certified Yoga Teacher, and he encountered the teaching while on the quest to heal himself from a near-death happening of a road accident. When doctors told him that he would nevermore walk again, he took matters into his hands and found the healing powers of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, Meditation and Pranayama. Sadhak Anshit is one of the recognized Yoga and Meditation teachers in India. He spends most of his time teaching all over India.
