This is a powerful place designed for one to explore the inner aspects and continue the journey through the four main paths of yoga - Knowledge (Gyan Yoga) , Action (Karma Yoga), Energy (Kriya Yoga)and Devotion (Bhakti Yoga).
Sadhak Anshit Yoga Foundation® is a non-profit Independent Yoga organization founded in 2013 by Sadhak Anshit. It hosts the Yoga School/Studio/Institute, which offers yoga programs/Courses/Yoga Services under the name of Sadhak Anshit Yoga Foundation® and Its Affiliated with Government of India.
Sadhak Anshit is a Certified Yoga teacher. He encountered the teaching while on the quest to heal himself from a near death experience of a road accident. When Doctors told him that he would never walk again, he took matters into his own hands and found the healing powers of Ashtanga Yoga, Meditation and Pranayama.
Sadhak Anshit have been practicing fractionated yoga and meditation for almost twelve years and till now they have cured thousands of people suffering from various diseases all over India through yoga and also informed them about the importance of yoga in their common life.
The main purpose of the life of the Sadhak Anshit is to make Yoga accessible to every common man so that he can overcome all his physical and mental problems and lead a healthy life.
Today, Sadhak Anshit is one of the most recognized Yoga and Meditation teachers in India and spends most of his time teaching all over India.
